A Real Eagle Court of Honor
On a very warm evening we went down to the church to attend an Eagle Scout Court of Honor, as being an Eagle Scout for fifty-five years now, and one of the boys being the son of some new-found friends, I wanted to get there.

Once the ceremony was done, they brought out a man from a wildlife refuge with a real golden eagle perched on his arm. Now this was getting interesting as the man gave a short lecture on eagles and their characteristics - really a phenonmenal display. I didn't bring a camera with me so these are taken with my iphone. Marolynn wondered if Eagle Courts of honor were a big deal like they were in Albuquerque. If this is an indication, they sure are.
