A picture-taking day hunting wildflowers for inclusion in the Santa Fe County budget document. I was not to be disappointed. The late-summer bloom still continues. I don't know the name of these orange flowerd plants, but they are polific in the hills above the little artist village of Madrid, south of Santa Fe.
